• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing strong relationships that prioritize therapeutic rapport while adhering to professional ethics.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor therapy progress, ensuring they feel supported and informed. This includes reviewing stability, addressing upcoming appointments, and planning discharges when appropriate.
• Design, implement, and assess personalized treatment plans, ensuring they align with the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Document all client interactions and therapeutic progress through detailed progress notes and keep all records organized and current.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate treatment pathways.
• Provide individual counseling sessions regularly each week, allowing for continuity of care and relationship-building.
• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to integrate treatment plans and enhance client care.
• Maintain a growth mindset by actively seeking out professional development opportunities and utilizing innovative approaches in therapy.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Integro Wellness & Therapy, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges across a spectrum of conditions. Our emphasis is on providing supportive care in a safe environment, with a focus on adults, children, and families. You'll be integral in helping clients navigate life changes, behavioral issues, and trauma recovery through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.
• Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and client management.
• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfortable completing intake assessments and employing various therapeutic modalities.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and modalities in mental health counseling.
• Previous work experience in a collaborative, interdisciplinary healthcare setting.

• Annual salary ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
