Remote Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) - Maryland Telehealth Role

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to provide remote therapy services to clients across Maryland. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, create treatment plans, and provide ongoing counseling support for individuals managing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and other mental health needs.

This position is a strong fit for an LCPC who values steady clinical work, clear documentation, and the ability to support clients from a remote setting while maintaining professional boundaries and quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete intake assessments and identify client goals, symptoms, and support needs
  • Develop treatment plans that reflect each client's presenting concerns and progress
  • Use evidence-based counseling approaches appropriate to the client's needs
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation after each session
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as clinically appropriate
  • Provide crisis support within the scope of outpatient telehealth care
  • Follow HIPAA, ethical, and state licensing guidelines for remote mental health services 

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active and unrestricted Maryland LCPC license
  • Previous experience providing counseling, psychotherapy, or behavioral health services
  • Strong understanding of clinical documentation and treatment planning
  • Comfortable providing therapy through a telehealth platform
  • Able to maintain a private, secure workspace for remote sessions
  • Reliable internet connection and basic comfort with digital health records
