Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Maryland-licensed LMFT for a full-time telehealth position supporting clients through relationship, family, and emotional health concerns. Your work will involve scheduled therapy sessions, clinical planning, documentation, and ongoing support for clients who need help improving communication, managing conflict, and creating more stable routines at home.
Location: Maryland
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Provide telehealth counseling to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Complete intake assessments and identify client goals for treatment.
  • Develop treatment plans that reflect each client's presenting concerns and progress.
  • Support clients dealing with relationship conflict, family stress, emotional regulation, grief, anxiety, and life transitions.
  • Document session notes, treatment updates, and progress in a timely manner.
  • Follow all privacy, documentation, and licensure requirements for remote therapy.
  • Maintain a consistent caseload and manage sessions within scheduled hours.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Active Maryland LMFT license in good standing.
  • Previous experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families.
  • Comfortable delivering care through secure telehealth platforms.
  • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
