Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Calmness Counseling, you will:

  • Maintain an active caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients, reviewing their progress, stability, and treatment plans, as well as coordinating appropriate discharge when necessary.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Document client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and updates on treatment plans to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients' needs and establish initial treatment goals.
  • Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect on and enhance your therapeutic practice.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers and specialists to coordinate care and services for clients.
  • Maintain a growth mindset, seeking continuous professional development to enhance your practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus
