Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) | Full-Time Remote Therapy Role

Job Summary

This remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist position centers on providing steady, thoughtful therapy to clients who need support with relationships, family dynamics, emotional stress, and major life changes. Sessions are held virtually, giving you the ability to connect with clients in a focused, private telehealth setting.

As an LMFT, your day will include meeting with clients, guiding therapeutic conversations, documenting care, and helping people better understand the patterns affecting their relationships and personal well-being. The role is clinical, client-facing, and built for a therapist who values clear communication and consistent care.

Location: Maryland
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Annual Pay: $115,000-$120,000 with full benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
  • Help clients explore relationship concerns, emotional strain, parenting challenges, and family transitions
  • Complete intake sessions and gather relevant clinical history
