Trove Brands has experienced incredible growth over the past few years, and we're looking for a Contract Corporate Recruiter to help support our growing hiring needs.

In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting while partnering closely with hiring managers across the organization. You'll bring structure, clarity, urgency, and follow-through to every search-helping us move quickly while maintaining a thoughtful and high-quality hiring experience.

This is a contract role expected to last approximately 3-6 months, with the potential for extension based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and acceptance across a variety of corporate roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
  • Bring structure and consistency to the hiring process, ensuring each step is organized, efficient, and intentional
  • Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies to develop strong pipelines of qualified candidates
  • Source talent across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach
  • Evaluate candidates thoughtfully, considering both capability and alignment to Trove's values
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ATS to support visibility and informed decision-making
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, responsiveness, and professionalism
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to help drive hiring momentum and support business growth
Job Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience recruiting for corporate and/or professional-level roles
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining quality and urgency
  • Experience using an ATS to manage pipelines and maintain accurate candidate data
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines across multiple channels
  • Thoughtful and balanced approach to evaluating talent
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
  • A consistent track record of executing high-quality, well-managed hiring processes
  • Genuine alignment with Trove's values and culture
