Calmness Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in providing exceptional mental health services. • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular follow-up sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, and readiness for discharge.
• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state regulations and agency policies.
• Perform intake assessments to gather comprehensive client history and identify therapeutic needs.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health concerns.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to foster continuous learning.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients, sharing insights from assessments and treatment plans.
• Embrace a growth mindset, staying engaged with new developments in mental health and counseling methodologies.

Your work will encompass a broad spectrum of clients, including children, teens, and adults facing various mental health challenges. • Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in good standing.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfort in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Proficiency with technology, including experience with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and other relevant software.

This position offers an attractive salary range between USD 75,000 and 90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates, allowing for timely payment without prolonged wait periods for reimbursement.
