Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
This full-time LPC role focuses on providing one-on-one counseling through a secure telehealth platform. You will meet with clients virtually, listen to their concerns, identify treatment goals, and provide ongoing therapy based on each client's needs. The work includes intake assessments, treatment planning, session documentation, and regular follow-up care. This position is ideal for a Texas-licensed counselor who enjoys direct client work and wants a steady Monday-Friday remote schedule.

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled virtual counseling sessions with clients
  • Complete intake assessments and identify appropriate treatment goals
  • Provide ongoing therapy using clinically appropriate counseling approaches
  • Document sessions, progress notes, treatment plans, and updates in a timely manner
  • Help clients build coping skills, improve emotional awareness, and work toward personal goals
  • Recognize risk concerns and follow proper reporting and safety procedures

Requirements
  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Texas
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
  • Previous clinical counseling experience required
  • Telehealth experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong documentation and time management skills
