• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, actively establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries to promote therapeutic alliances.
• Conduct regular follow-up sessions to assess client progress, stability, and upcoming appointments, ensuring timely discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate progress notes, ensuring compliance with medical and organizational standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients and facilitate appropriate treatment planning.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices and tailored therapeutic approaches to meet clients' needs.
• Engage in professional supervision sessions, fostering personal and professional growth within your practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintain an adaptive growth mindset, continually seeking ways to improve personal practice and patient outcomes.

Your primary focus will involve working with a varied population seeking outpatient mental health services. You will provide direct psychotherapy and counseling to individuals and families, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral challenges. Creating a safe and supportive environment is critical, as it empowers clients on their path to healing and growth.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification is mandatory.
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.
• Proficiency with technology, including competence in using excel spreadsheets, electronic medical records (RMS), and communication platforms like Outlook or similar software.
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfort and competency in conducting intake assessments, evaluating mental health needs effectively.

• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team to address comprehensive patient needs.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques suited for diverse populations.
• Prior experience in remote therapy or counseling environments is a plus.
