• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish a therapeutic alliance.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and preferences, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Monitor client progress throughout therapy sessions, adjusting treatment modalities as necessary to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment adjustments, in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with peers to optimize therapeutic approaches and share best practices.

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. We value the individuality of each client and recognize the importance of culturally competent care, requiring a counselor who can navigate the complexities of a wide-ranging client base with sensitivity and understanding.

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, in order to provide a solid theoretical foundation for your practice.
• Possession of a valid state license to practice mental health counseling as required by Oregon regulations.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport and trust with clients.
• Proven ability to create a safe space that encourages open dialogue, enabling clients to share their thoughts and feelings freely.
• Competency in developing treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client, supporting their journey toward healing.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable and will assist in providing immediate comfort to clients transitioning to remote therapy.
• Background in various therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or holistic practices, is a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team. Employees are also eligible for:
