• Handle an active caseload of clients, building rapport through positive, professional relationships that align with ethical standards.
• Conduct regular meetings to assess client progress, discuss treatment goals, and determine appropriate discharge planning when needed.
• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring all records meet compliance guidelines.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and form effective diagnostic impressions.
• Engage in regular individual supervision and continued education to foster ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to optimize client care and treatment outcomes.
• Uphold a growth mindset, continually seeking innovative approaches to enhance therapeutic practices and client satisfaction.

This position involves working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing an array of mental health concerns. Our practice prioritizes a holistic approach to care, ensuring that every client feels supported and understood in their mental health journey. Given the outpatient model, you will provide services that emphasize accessibility and flexibility, enabling clients to receive care at their convenience.

• A minimum of a master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
• Candidates must hold an unrestricted, independent, and current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is mandatory, demonstrating familiarity with treatment protocols.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including RMS software, Excel spreadsheets, Outlook, and PIMSY, is essential for managing client records and documentation.

• Previous direct experience delivering psychotherapy services to individuals and families is preferred.
• A history of completing intake assessments efficiently would be advantageous.
• Experience within a diverse clinical environment, particularly dealing with various mental health issues, is beneficial.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, with an innovative fee-for-service model that allows for earnings based on clinical productivity.
