• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining ethical, professional boundaries while fostering a therapeutic relationship.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, ensure stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and coordinate discharge planning when necessary.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Document client interactions thoroughly, maintaining up-to-date progress notes and documentation requirements.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' unique situations and align therapy with their goals.
• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance your skills and receive feedback on your clinical practice.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive and effective treatment plans that support better patient outcomes.
• Maintain a growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities for learning and development within your practice.

You will work primarily with a diverse outpatient population of adults, children, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your ability to provide empathetic, informed care will be vital in supporting our clients through their healing journeys. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling is required.
• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential.
• Comfort with utilizing technology for documentation, including tools like Excel, RMS systems, email platforms, and other mental health management systems.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduation.
• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating a wide range of therapeutic techniques.
• Proficiency in completing intake assessments with attention to detail and client needs.

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, reflecting your experience and contributions to our mission. Additional benefits include:
