Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a personal caseload, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while actively engaging with clients.
  • Conduct initial intake assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and facilitate the development of tailored treatment plans.
  • Hold regular one-on-one sessions with clients to monitor progress and stability, addressing concerns and planning for discharge when appropriate.
  • Document client interactions meticulously in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring thorough and accurate progress notes.
  • Engage in regular supervision sessions to promote professional growth and skill enhancement.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, sharing client insights and treatment recommendations.
  • Embrace a proactive approach to learning and professional development, seeking out opportunities to enhance therapeutic techniques.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse array of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults, who present various mental health challenges. Our client-focused care model emphasizes inclusivity and accessibility, aiming to create individualized treatment experiences that respect the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each client.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
  • Current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
  • At least one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology for documentation and communication, including experience with RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and Outlook.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated competency in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
  • Experience conducting intake assessments and forming client treatment plans.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, aligned with your experience and skills. As a W2 employee, you will benefit from a Fee-for-Service model that includes guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, eliminating waiting periods for reimbursement. Additional compensation incentives such as bonuses may also be available. Our benefits package includes:
