As a Business Analysis Advisor within PNC's Institutional Asset Management organization, you will be based remotely in Pennsylvania or Ohio. Other locations within the PNC footprint will also be considered.
The Business Analysis Advisor for I-Hub Support is on the Institutional Asset Management (IAM) Digital team. In this role you will:
Handle complex I Hub requests (enrollments, exceptions, demos, access/security settings, content changes, and special projects)
Provide support and identify risk, control, and workflow gaps
Partner with colleagues from IAM, AMG Operations, Private Bank, IAM Digital, and related operations/support teams to provide exceptional client service
Preferred skills and experience include:
Enterprise digital platform(s) support in a regulated financial services environment (preferred: I-Hub, I-Hub Admin, I-Link, PayWeb, Siebel, AMtrust, ServiceNow)
Strong business analysis, problem solving, and process documentation skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with internal and external users across varying levels of system knowledge and technical proficiency.
Collaborative team mentality with ability to multitask and shift/rebalance workload easily and efficiently
Ability to partner effectively with product, technology, and client facing teams
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with access controls, approvals, and operational risk conceptsThis position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace.   • Directs the research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements. Participates in the development and review of complex processes and procedures, workflow analytics and reporting. May provide senior level consultation and communicates with clients and technology teams on business designs, problem solving and business analysis to support project goals and objectives.
  • Consults and recommends the frameworks, methodologies and processes involved in business requirements traceability for business analysis teams. Independently mentors, leads, and coaches other associates to affect knowledge transfer. Oversees the development and maintenance of all applicable policy and procedure documentation.
  • Translates business needs, processes and/or procedures by partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders to determine and articulate needs. May communicate with senior level stakeholders and technology teams on complex business requirements.
  • Leads multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance and effectiveness assessment. Provides direction for the successful deployment of projects. Drives the development, analysis and distribution of complex reporting.
