???? Pay: $40-50/HR

Location -Remote

Are you a detail-oriented Inpatient Coding Specialist with expertise in ICD-10-CM/PCS, MS-DRG/APR-DRG, and medical record abstraction? Join a leading healthcare organization where your coding expertise directly impacts patient care and revenue integrity.

What You'll Do

  • Review inpatient medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM/PCS codes

  • Ensure compliant MS-DRG/APR-DRG assignment and documentation

  • Collaborate with Clinical Documentation Specialists and providers

  • Maintain quality, productivity, and coding compliance standards

  • Work with Epic, 3M Encoder, 3M Audit Expert, and other coding tools

What We're Looking For

✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ Strong inpatient coding experience
✔ Knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, MS-DRG/APR-DRG, CMS, CCI, and coding guidelines
✔ Ability to pass the required Coder Proficiency Exam
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills

Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
