• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, including detailed psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and thorough risk assessments to determine patients' needs.
• Build individualized treatment plans through collaborative conversations with patients, aligning interventions with their unique behavioral health needs and cultural factors.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to assist patients in individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.
• Provide crisis intervention services for those in acute distress, ensuring effective communication and seamless care coordination among healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, empowering them with strategies and skills for effective self-management.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care, contribute to ongoing treatment evaluations, and adapt approaches based on emerging needs.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly to assess efficacy and implement adjustments as needed for improved patient outcomes.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health practices, integrating new research and methodologies into your therapeutic work.
• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

As an LCSW, you will primarily support patients with terminal illnesses and their families in a hospice care context. This environment requires sensitivity and a deep understanding of the emotional complexities surrounding end-of-life issues. Your role is critical in alleviating psychological distress and promoting a therapeutic atmosphere where patients feel heard and respected.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated capacity to establish rapport with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Prior experience in hospice, palliative care, or working with terminally ill patients is highly desirable.

• The annual salary for this role ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
