Work Environment

This fully remote position offers the flexibility of working from home, allowing you to design a schedule that best suits your lifestyle while providing critical mental health services. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing you with a balanced work-life harmony. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, delivering evidence-based therapy techniques to adult clients.
• Engage in collaborative care by effectively working with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and wellness coordinators, to formulate comprehensive treatment plans.
• Utilize outcome-based assessments and client feedback to continuously monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.
• Document sessions accurately and maintain up-to-date client records within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with best practices in telehealth services.
• Participate in regular case reviews and team meetings to discuss treatment efficacy and share insights regarding client engagement and progression.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Our diverse clientele reflects the vibrant community in Hialeah and surrounding areas, providing you with an opportunity to enrich your practice through varied experiences and tailored treatment approaches.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a mental health-related field, such as Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
• Active independent licensure in Florida as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is required, with a strong focus on delivering Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated proficiency in applying technology and digital tools in therapeutic settings, enhancing session delivery and client engagement.
• Experience working with a diverse client base that addresses a wide array of mental health needs and challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients in a remote environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Guiding Light Therapy provides a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, reflecting your contributions and expertise.
