Job description

The Business Process Innovation Manager supports enterprise-wide innovation and process improvement efforts by analyzing, designing, and optimizing business and operational processes across the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority. This role applies Lean and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify waste, reduce variation, and deliver measurable performance improvements. The Manager works cross-functionally with operational, administrative, and technical teams to document current-state processes, design future-state solutions, and support implementation and sustainment of improvements. The role works collaboratively across the enterprise to establish baseline and current-state metrics to assist with or lead improvement initiatives.
