The Senior Director, People Partner Americas will be a strategic partner across the region that owns and delivers the associate experience across the region - shaping and delivering strategies for engagement, culture, talent, employee relations and employer brand. The role leads a large HR team across the region to anticipate and mitigate people risk, ensure compliant governance, and influence leaders to deliver an inclusive and positive associate culture while enabling people leaders to lead with confidence and clarity.

The Senior Director, People Partner Americas works closely with HRBPs, COEs, and HR Shared Services to deliver scalable, compliant execution while maintaining ownership of the people agenda. They model modern HR ways of working, using self-service and case management tools as the primary entry point for HR support.

This position reports to the Vice President, People Partner Global and is part of the People Partner Organization. The role is an onsite role to be based in one of the main US sites: Marlborough, MA, Duncan, SC or Pensacola, FL.

What you will do:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR team across the Americas, building HR organizational capability and driving HR Evolution through the sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to business and functional leadership, with a large presence in the Americas, on people strategy, workforce planning, organizational health, and workforce risk ensuring consistent delivery of people priorities, change initiatives, and business outcomes across the region. Partner regionally to align engagement and workforce priorities across the region, ensuring consistent execution within enterprise guardrails.
  • Enable People Leaders through coaching and guidance on complex people topics (e.g., organizational change, policy interpretation, leader effectiveness), leveraging the support from People Partners, HR Business Partners and HR Generalists as necessary.
  • Partner with HRBPs and COEs (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards) to influence, shape and translate global workforce/talent strategies into effective programs that improve attraction and retention across the region
  • Partner with the LER COE and leaders to assess ER/LR risk, govern escalations, and strengthen preventative practices.
  • Activate global and COE programs across the region, leading or sponsoring key change initiatives and enabling cross-business collaboration.
  • Strengthen the regional people partner governance and performance culture by increasing the use of AI, transparent metrics, bowler reviews and project-based execution and leading with DBS while building team's capability, helping them develop and grow while improving associate experience and business impact

Who you are:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Long standing experience of progressive leadership roles in HR
  • Track record in coaching and influencing People Leaders and leading HR projects/change with moderate-to-high complexity and delivering measurable improvements to the associate experience.
  • Continuous improvement and process oriented - has familiarity with lean principles, problem solving and how to apply them to Human Resources in a measurable and sustainable way
  • Leveraging digital, analytics, or AI enabled tools to enhance HR decision making and execution.

Travel

  • Ability to travel - 40 % travel, overnight, within region.

The salary range for this role is $185,000-$210,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for incentive pay.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
