Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate appropriate referrals to additional healthcare professionals when required.
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Complete necessary documentation within the company’s electronic medical record system, ensuring all cardiac rehabilitation forms are meticulously managed.
  • Lead and conduct regular Healthy Minds workshops to provide patients with educational resources and foster engagement.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with diverse patient demographics, including those dealing with mental health issues related to cardiac conditions. Qualifications
  • A current and valid LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist license in the state of Florida.
