As a Customer Service Agent, you'll assist customers of a major Internet Service Provider with questions and concerns regarding their internet service. You'll be the friendly voice customers rely on for support, information, and problem-solving. We're Looking For Candidates Who Are:

  • Dual monitors are required.
  • At least 16 GB RAM, with 12 GB usable.
  • CPU utilization must be at 50% or less.
  • At least 256 GB storage space; SSD preferred.
  • Ethernet/RJ-45 port is required.
  • Wired internet connection is required; Wi-Fi is not permitted.
  • Separate headset, keyboard, and mouse are required.
