Job description

We are seeking motivated and professional Bilingual Call Center Representatives to join our remote contact center team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding customer support in both English and Spanish. This is a fully remote position for candidates living in Texas who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people.
