· Overall production management of operation of IMG molding machine (Several units). In case of problems occurred,

Carry-out in consultation with the relevant team. In addition, improvement work on the entire production lines.

· Overall production management of injection molding machines (Several units of various Tons). In case of problems occurred,

Carried-out in consultation with the relevant team. (maintenance, development, quality etc.)

· Develop a strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability,

And growth as an organization.

· Evaluate performance of departmental managers and operators for compliance with established policies and objectives of the

Company and contributions in attaining objectives.

· Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives
