Specialised Remote Consulting Opportunity for Experienced Registered Nurses (RNs)We are sharing a specialised remote consulting opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with recent adult acute-care inpatient experience and strong knowledge of bedside assessment, clinical documentation, and nursing workflows.

This role supports AI evaluation work focused on clinical and healthcare applications. Selected nurses will apply frontline clinical judgement to review nursing documentation, assess AI-generated clinical outputs, structure inpatient assessment data, and help improve the accuracy, safety, and reliability of healthcare AI systems. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Documentation ReviewReview AI-generated clinical outputs based on inpatient nursing flowsheet documentationEvaluate documentation for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with current nursing standardsAssess whether nursing findings and clinical assessments are represented appropriatelyIdentify missing information, inconsistencies, or potentially unsafe conclusionsApply practical bedside judgement when evaluating clinical documentationNursing Assessment & Data AnnotationAnnotate and structure adult inpatient nursing assessment data for AI training datasetsReview comprehensive nursing assessments across relevant inpatient workflowsApply detailed annotation guidelines consistently across clinical casesIdentify ambiguous cases and surface areas requiring clarificationContribute feedback that improves annotation guidance and evaluation criteriaClinical Quality & Safety EvaluationAssess AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy and patient-safety considerationsIdentify gaps, contradictions, and potential risks within model-generated clinical informationEvaluate outputs using current nursing practices and documentation expectationsProvide clear written explanations supporting clinical evaluation decisionsHelp establish reliable standards for assessing healthcare AI performanceAI Evaluation & Benchmark DevelopmentContribute to the development of high-quality clinical evaluation benchmarksReview AI outputs using structured scoring and quality-assurance frameworksIdentify recurring model errors and challenging clinical edge casesCollaborate with project teams to improve evaluation methods and model performanceProvide domain-expert feedback grounded in real-world inpatient nursing experienceIdeal ProfileActive U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) license outside CaliforniaRecent adult acute-care inpatient bedside nursing experience, ideally within a non-procedural specialtyClinical experience within the past 5–10 years, with strong familiarity with current nursing workflows and documentation practicesComfortable performing and documenting comprehensive nursing assessmentsStrong understanding of nursing flowsheets and bedside clinical documentationAbility to follow detailed annotation and evaluation guidelines consistentlyExcellent written communication skills and strong attention to clinical detailAbility to work independently and meet project deadlinesEpic EHR experience is highly valuedExperience with chart review, quality improvement, utilization review, clinical documentation integrity, or clinical informatics is advantageousPrevious experience with clinical annotation, chart abstraction, healthcare AI, or structured medical-data review is particularly relevantComfortable learning new annotation tools and web-based platformsEngagement DetailsFully remote independent contractor engagementFlexible scheduling based on project requirementsCompensation: $45–$50/hourProjects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on project needs and performanceWork must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, healthcare organisation, patient, client, institution, or other third partyH1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagementStrong contributors may be considered for additional clinical and healthcare AI evaluation projectsThis opportunity is available through 24-MAG LLC.
