We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for presentation design and visual communication professionals experienced in PowerPoint and Google Slides, executive-level slide design, layout systems, typography, color consistency, visual storytelling, template design, and polished business presentation development.

This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on presentation design, slide deck refinement, visual storytelling, template systems, design quality review, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will transform rough content, text-heavy slides, outlines, and structured drafts into clear, polished, and visually compelling presentation materials.

Professionals in this role may contribute to:

Professional Slide Design & Refinement

• Design and refine high-quality PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations
• Improve slide layout, visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color consistency, and overall polish
• Convert rough content, text-heavy slides, outlines, or structured drafts into clean and engaging visuals
• Ensure slides are clear, professional, and suitable for executive, investor, research, product, or business communication contexts

Visual Storytelling & Template Systems

• Apply visual storytelling principles to improve clarity, flow, and audience impact
• Create reusable templates, slide systems, visual guidelines, and design structures
• Translate complex ideas into digestible visual narratives
• Align slide design with brand, audience, communication goals, and presentation purpose

Design Quality Review & Presentation Standards

• Review presentation materials for consistency, readability, structure, and aesthetic quality
• Identify issues involving layout, typography, color, spacing, visual balance, chart clarity, and slide-to-slide consistency
• Provide clear written feedback and design recommendations
• Maintain high-quality standards across presentation materials and visual deliverables

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in presentation design, visual communication, graphic design, slide design, marketing design, consulting deck design, or related work
• Strong portfolio showcasing polished slide decks or visual presentations
• Expertise in PowerPoint and Google Slides
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, spacing, hierarchy, and visual consistency
• Ability to simplify complex information into clean, digestible visuals
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Comfort working with AI-assisted or structured content drafts
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment

Educational Background

• Academic backgrounds in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, communications, UI/UX, business, media, fine arts, or related fields may be relevant
• Formal design training, portfolio-based experience, or equivalent professional presentation design experience may be especially valuable
• Advanced degree or specialised design training may be helpful depending on project scope

Nice to Have

• Experience designing pitch decks, consulting slides, investor presentations, executive decks, or research-heavy presentations
• Background in graphic design, UI/UX, branding, marketing design, or visual storytelling
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
• Experience working with research, technical, product, business, or data-heavy content
