How does working remotely as an Incredible Health nurse differ from traditional on-site nursing roles in terms of daily responsibilities and team collaboration?

As a remote nurse with Incredible Health, your daily responsibilities often focus on virtual patient assessments, telehealth consultations, and supporting the onboarding or matching process for nurses and healthcare facilities. Unlike traditional on-site roles, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using digital communication tools and may have more flexibility in scheduling. However, you may face challenges in building rapport with patients and colleagues remotely and must be proactive about communication. Continuous learning and adaptability are important, as technology and remote care protocols frequently evolve.
