To thrive as a Remote Inbound Travel Agent, you typically need strong knowledge of travel products, customer service expertise, and proficiency in booking systems, often supported by a high school diploma or relevant travel certifications. Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre and online booking platforms is commonly required.
