We are currently seeking Agents to join our amazing group of Customer Service and Sales Central Reservations Agents for the Summer Season! Our 100% remote Central Reservations operation is now hiring Temporary Remote Full and Part-time Reservation Customer Service and Sales Agents in the following states- AZ, CO, FL, ID, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, and VA. Our customer service team handles inbound only calls and chats from guests wanting to have a once in a lifetime travel adventure with us! You’ll spend the day selling, explaining, and “bringing to life” unforgettable experiences at or near National Parks such as Yellowstone, Death Valley, Glacier, Grand Canyon South Rim, and Zion.

  • A willingness and determination to create a unique customer service experience on every guest call, chat, or email you answer
  • A quiet and dedicated Work from Home area/office, away from any distractions
  • Hardwired internet with a minimum of 40mbs download speed
  • Open and honest communication
  • All candidates must be willing to participate and pass a drug screening and background checks facilitated by our team prior to employment

Training is 3 weeks long, the hours are 8:30 - 5 pm (MT), and in a 100% virtual enviorment.
