About the Role
As an Account Executive (Regional Sales Manager), you'll be a key player on our global sales team. Varicent solves the #1 challenge for every CEO: Inspiring Performance. Our industryleading Sales Performance Management platform helps organizations increase revenue, optimize compensation, and elevate employee engagement.
We're looking for a resourceful, driven, resultsoriented enterprise sales pro who's ready to shape strategy, influence outcomes, and make a measurable impact. You'll collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, partner crossfunctionally, and help scale a winning sales engine.
What You'll Do
Build and execute a highimpact prospecting strategy with Business Development
Identify ideal customers across your region
Develop strategic sales plans with Sales Leadership
Lead successful sales campaigns that deeply understand customer needs
Manage pricing and contract negotiations with Varicent leadership and clients
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
5+ years of proven enterprise software sales experience with quotacarrying success
Strong track record selling to Csuite leaders in SaaS environments
Confidence managing highvolume pipelines in fastchanging conditions
Curiosity and interest in ICM, CRM, and SaaS - you'll quickly become a subjectmatter expert
Hustle, grit, entrepreneurial drive, customer obsession, and deep sales expertise
