About the Role:

If you have a background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative work and are tired of capped hourly pay and rigid schedules, this is the pivot you’ve been looking for.

At AO - US National Hiring Division, we handle the permanent supplemental health and asset protection benefits for North America's labor unions, credit unions, and veteran associations. Because these members explicitly request our services through their organization, our team operates on 100% warm, inbound requests. There is absolutely no cold calling, no door-to-door sales, and no selling to your friends and family.

We are currently experiencing a massive influx of new member accounts and are looking for personable, professional individuals to join our client services team immediately.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:

  • Inbound Consultation: Meet virtually (via Zoom) with union members and veterans who have requested a formal review of their active benefits.
  • Customer Service & Enrollment: Answer questions clearly, walk families through their permanent options, and handle their digital enrollment paperwork.
  • Account Management: Maintain a professional, empathetic, and friendly demeanor as you represent our national division.
