About the Role


We are seeking a Strategic Implementation Specialist - EHS & Sustainability Solutionsto join our team. This individual will bring EHS and Sustainability domain knowledge, experience supporting digital solution implementations, and a passion for helping translate complex business needs into meaningful technology outcomes. Working closely with Subscriber Success leaders, Account Management, Technical Implementation teams, and external implementation partners, this role helps coordinate strategic subscriber initiatives that deliver exceptional business outcomes.

This is a unique opportunity to grow within a team dedicated to supporting our most strategic new subscriber launches and partnerships. The SSC Lead Specialist plays an important role in coordinating complex implementations, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and helping ensure successful execution from planning through stabilization. In this role, you will serve as a key contributor and execution partner, helping bring structure, alignment, and momentum to complex subscriber engagements. You will work alongside experienced leaders to coordinate launch activities, resolve challenges, and deliver exceptional experiences for our most important subscribers while expanding your expertise and strategic impact over time.

This is a highly visible, cross-functional role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in collaborative environments, and is motivated to develop their expertise while helping deliver digital transformation initiatives with consistency, quality, and long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities


  • Support the planning and execution of strategic new subscriber launches and key subscriber initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to drive alignment, accountability, and successful delivery.
  • Manage assigned launch workstreams, monitoring milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall project health.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal teams and subscribers to support successful implementation outcomes.
  • Prepare clear project updates, executive summaries, and stakeholder communications.
  • Partner with implementation and account teams to ensure smooth transitions into ongoing subscriber success.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of SSC processes, tools, and implementation best practices.
  • Develop expertise in Benchmark Gensuite solutions, implementation methodologies, and subscriber success strategies to increase impact and support future growth opportunities.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree; 2-4 years of experience in EHS, Sustainability, ESG, Operational Risk, or a related business domain.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives and/or enterprise software implementations.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and contribute effectively in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, learn continuously, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience supporting Benchmark Gensuite software implementations or digital transformation initiatives within EHS, Sustainability, Risk Management, or other enterprise functions.
