Position Details

Remote – U.S. Based (occasional travel to New York City required and case related travel as needed)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM


You’ll work closely with our Managing Attorney and a team of 8–10 paralegals and legal assistants, in a dynamic environment where your leadership and legal acumen make a lasting impact.



What You’ll Do

As our Associate Attorney, you’ll lead with purpose and uphold the highest standards of legal service across a variety of humanitarian and family-based immigration matters. Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and preparing cases in the areas of VAWA, T visas, U visas, and Family-Based Petitions
  • Conducting legal research, preparing responses to RFEs, and writing memoranda to support client outcomes
  • Representing clients in interviews and hearings across the U.S., including asylum interviews, adjustment of status, and master calendar hearings
  • Preparing clients for interviews, ensuring they understand the process and feel confident
  • Applying critical thinking to solve complex immigration challenges and offer strategic advice
  • Demonstrating initiative in managing your caseload and contributing to firm-wide improvements
  • Proactively identifying and addressing potential legal issues based on evolving immigration policy
  • Communicating with clarity, empathy, and professionalism in high-stakes and emotional contexts
  • Inspiring hope through guidance, legal expertise, and a deeply human approach to client advocacy



Who You Are

You’re a seasoned legal professional who sees immigration law as a calling, not just a job. You combine deep legal knowledge with integrity, humility, and a drive to make a difference.

We’d love to meet you if you:


  • Hold a Juris Doctorate and are in good standing with any State Bar
  • Bring 9–11 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years focused on immigration law
  • Have expert knowledge of U.S. immigration law, policy, and procedures
  • Are willing and able to travel across the U.S. for client interviews and hearings
  • Communicate with clarity, confidence, and empathy
  • Excel at critical thinking and time management
  • Are collaborative, self-motivated, and solution-focused
  • Believe in ethical practice, trust-building, and lifelong learning
  • Lead with humility—you know you don’t have all the answers, and that’s why clients trust you
