Immigration Clerk/Paralegal (Whittier CA area)

Compensation: Pay according to experience (Fair pay, Recognition, Rewards, Job satisfaction).
This is a growing immigration/criminal solo practice. This means you will get hands-on training from our attorney directly. Based on our reviews, this law firm is extremely selective in their cases and aggressive in representation.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience processing all aspects of family-based immigration cases. The candidate will also have the ability to manage a diverse caseload, be able to multitask, prioritize and balance competing demands. Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate the love and compassion required to deal with these types of cases. Must be able to speak Spanish and English.
The perfect candidate will have experience writing/drafting I-601A waivers, drafting responses to immigration USCIS, and organizing family-based packages together (U Visas, VAWAs, Consular Processing, CIS adjustment of status packages) with ease. This position will involve writing and research with the supervision of the attorney. Perfect for someone looking to transition from paralegal to law clerk. This firm has a growing potential.
