The Role
The Global Sales Coordinator is a team player who can work well both independently in this remote role and as a part of a larger dynamic team. The Coordinator assists up to 10 Directors and Managers, focusing on the non-selling functions of the department in order to optimize the sales team's time pursuing and securing additional business.
Responsibilities also include:
• Plan, prepare and coordinate for tradeshow
• Manage expense reports and billbacks
• Support daily communication with accounts, hotels and individual travel advisors
• Prepare sales reports
• Manage customer database
• Create and update marketing and sales materials including Quarterly Business Reviews, marketing flyers, and sales presentations
• Assist in completing RFPs
• Assist in the team's work flow, monthly team calls and overall team connectivity
• Extensive administrative responsibilities as it relates to sales, organization, timelines, deadlines, and more
