• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques to deliver effective services tailored to individual and family needs, addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, developing initial treatment plans that inform the direction of care and establish achievable goals.
• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, adjusting interventions based on ongoing assessments and client growth.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all therapeutic services provided, adhering to facility protocols and professional standards.
• Carry an assigned caseload, providing high-quality care that prioritizes client needs and fosters meaningful therapeutic relationships.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, participating in meetings to ensure coordinated, holistic care for each client.
• Address client concerns with responsiveness, working proactively to resolve challenges to ensure patient satisfaction and safety.
• Execute additional functions as assigned to support overall practice operations.

The ideal candidate will work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges. This role requires an individual who can genuinely connect with clients and establish trust, paving the way for impactful therapeutic progress.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the State of Arizona is mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying therapeutic modalities across a variety of age groups and mental health conditions.

• Experience in community mental health, particularly in outpatient settings, is highly regarded.
• Skills in crisis intervention and multi-disciplinary collaboration enhance the effectiveness of therapy services.
• Previous involvement in developing treatment plans, managing caseloads, and utilizing digital tools for therapy documentation is advantageous.
