Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Marketing Administration

Assist Team Members with a variety of evolving marketing campaigns, projects, national partnerships, and company-sponsored events including conventions, conferences, tradeshows, etc.

Operations

Assist Team Members with various operational & sales projects. Assist INFINITI HR representatives at tradeshows, conferences, corporate events, etc. Office equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

General Administration

Assist Team Members with various administrative projects. Demonstrate good two-way communication skills with other team members. Develop positive rapport with all team members, treating all with dignity and respect. Keep the office and desk area organized. Maintain client files.

Additional General Administrative Duties

  • Answer Phones
  • Respond to Manager’s requests with urgency and enthusiasm.
  • Assist with any shipping and receiving needs, etc.

Skills / Requirements:

Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills. Display maturity, competitiveness and autonomy with outstanding work ethic and proper business etiquette.

Education: INFINITI HR is proud to hire students pursuing Bachelor Degrees. Recent graduates with Degrees in Communication, Marketing and Business a plus but not required.

Experience: Energetic, Inspiring & Motivated Self-Starter with superior work ethic required. Strong Communication skills required. Entry level proficiency in Microsoft applications & social media applications required. Entry level proficiency in supporting a strategic service excellence plan to continually exceed assigned quota required.
