• Utilize effective mental health therapy techniques and interventions to deliver services aimed at treating diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for clients and create initial, personalized discharge plans to track progress.
• Organize and facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions according to the treatment plans, ensuring a tailored approach to client care.
• Develop initial treatment plans based on thorough assessments and coordinate any necessary additional services, revising as clients’ needs evolve.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of therapy services provided to each patient, adhering to facility standards and best practices.
• Manage a designated caseload effectively and participate in treatment team meetings to foster interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and positivity in all interactions with clients, aiming to create a safe and supportive environment.
• Address any unmet patient needs promptly and work collaboratively to resolve complaints, ensuring patient safety remains a top priority.
• Take on various responsibilities as assigned to meet the dynamic demands of clients and the clinic.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults. Counselors will engage with individuals facing a spectrum of mental health challenges and will focus on creating individualized treatment plans that resonate with their unique experiences. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field is required to ensure a sound foundational knowledge and understanding of mental health practices.
• Current and valid state or national licensure as a professional therapy provider in the forms of LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Candidates must demonstrate strong skills in conducting mental health assessments and developing appropriate treatment plans.
• Ability to provide therapy services in a telehealth setting effectively.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant experience working with clients across the lifespan, including adults and children. Candidates with experience in diverse therapeutic modalities will be prioritized, as will those who have demonstrated a commitment to client-centered care.

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
