Job description

Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Remote HRIS Analyst based in Dublin, CA. This is a full-time short-term, temporary position.

HRIS Analyst jobs require candidates to have experience with SAP SuccessFactors, excellent communication, organization, customer service, adaptability, and must have accuracy and quality of work skills in a high-volume environment. If you meet the qualifications listed below โ€“ Apply Now!

Responsibilities for the HRIS Analyst include but are not limited to:

Implementation & UAT Support

  • Execute and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across HR systems, including ATS, Onboarding, third party integrations, and qtest platforms.

  • Write, review, and maintain detailed test scripts based on business requirements and process flows.

  • Perform end-to-end, regression, and integration testing to validate system functionality.

  • Re-test defects after fixes are applied and validate resolution prior to production deployment.

  • Partner with HRIS team and business stakeholders to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements.

Defect Management & Documentation

  • Identify, document, and track defects discovered during testing cycles.

  • Maintain detailed defect logs, including replication steps, severity, and business impact.

  • Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

  • Escalate critical defects and risks impacting go-live readiness.

Go-Live & Cutover Activities

  • Support cutover planning and execution activities, including data validation and readiness checklists.

  • Assist in validating system configuration and data integrity prior to go-live.

  • Provide hypercare support during go-live by monitoring issues and assisting with resolution.

  • Ensure documentation and transition materials are complete and accurate.

Training & Documentation Review

  • Review training materials, job aids, and system documentation for accuracy and completeness.

  • Provide feedback to ensure materials align with system functionality and business processes.

  • Assist in creating or updating FAQs and quick-reference guides as needed.

Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with HR, IT, and vendor teams to identify risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Participate in project meetings, status updates, and testing checkpoints.

  • Provide support to end users during testing and go-live phases.

OTHER JOB DUTIES

  • Assist with data validation and audit activities related to implementation.

  • Support post-go-live stabilization efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Perform additional project-related tasks as assigned.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for an HRIS Analyst:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience supporting HR systems, implementations, or testing activities.

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Experience with UAT, test script creation, or defect tracking preferred.

  • Experience working with SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding is required.

  • Demonstrated ability to:

    • Analyze requirements and translate them into test scenarios

    • Document issues clearly and concisely

    • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
