We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our People + Development team.ย This entry-level position is a remote role for a candidate in either EST or CST time zones. In this role youโ€™ll support a full range of HR functions including administration, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and compliance. You can expect to partner with other People + Development team membersย to conduct research, pull data for reporting, assist in developing firmwide communications, and provide support for ongoing team responsibilities. At Shepley Bulfinch, you can expect to be collaboratively engaged with your team in the pursuit of utilizing forward-thinking problem solving, while building skills to support both employees and the firm.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR or related discipline (preferred)
  • 2+ years of HR experience
  • Experience working in a remote environmentย

  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to change
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs and Outlook
  • Must be able to travel up to 4 times per year
