Location: Remote

Department: HR Shared Services and Operations

Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week, 10am - 2pm EST, Monday - Friday 

Salary range: $28.72 - $40.03 per hour

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Lead day-to-day activities of the Leave of Absence (LOA) team, monitoring and reviewing work/progress to ensure adherence to established deadlines.
  • Communicate with associates to clarify the policy, eligibility criteria, and other program elements, providing exceptional customer service to ensure achievement of Service Level Agreement objectives.
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional team members to resolve employee issues in a thorough and timely manner.
  • Support change management for program and plan improvements and make recommendations that lead to enhanced plan delivery.
  • Review and resolve escalated issues, serve as subject matter expert and mentor staff.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.

  • Strong eye for detail with a proven track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a team-first mindset and a passion for cross-functional collaboration.
