About the Role:

The Principal Global Deal Review Consultant is a senior strategic partner within Sales Strategy and Operations, supporting Sales, Finance, Legal, and crossfunctional stakeholders, with primary focus on optimizing Falcon Flex deal structures, ensuring revenue and policy compliance, and enabling scalable, disciplined deal execution. The consultant will play a critical role in driving CrowdStrike ARR growth and advancing the global maturity of the Falcon Flex program.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Falcon Flex, advising on deal structure, policy, economics, and governance for new and existing customers

  • Lead Falcon Flex deal lifecycle design and execution, including new acquisitions, activations, expansions, and renewals

  • Own endtoend Falcon Flex deal reviews and manage approval workflows to ensure compliant and optimized transactions

  • Coordinate deal strategy and execution across Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Alliance partners, and customers

  • Support nonstandard transactions through crossfunctional review and approval processes

  • Perform financial modeling and analysis to assess commercial terms, risk, and operational impact

  • Communicate deal recommendations, risks, and status to senior crossfunctional leadership

  • Advise on pricing strategy and structuring for current and emerging gotomarket offerings

  • Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, IT, Marketing, and Alliance teams to drive policy alignment, operational efficiency, and automation

  • Identify and lead process and system improvements related to Falcon Flex deal execution

What You'll Need:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales operations, finance, deal desk, or related roles within a SaaS environment

  • Strong understanding of subscription and ARR business models

  • Proven experience in financial modeling, BI/data analysis, and deal evaluation

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM/CPQ and complex sales infrastructure

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and IT

  • Strategic, consultative mindset with sound judgment and problemsolving skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and crossfunctional influence capabilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $130,000 - $200,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
