Join our team as a Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Intern at CASE Management Consulting!

Remote (U.S.-Based)

Applicants must currently reside in Missouri (MO), Washington, D.C. (DC), Virginia (VA), Maryland (MD), or South Carolina (SC).

Compensation: $15-$18 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule: Part-time, 15โ€“20 hours per week. Availability during core business hours (Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 AMโ€“5:00 PM Eastern Time) is required.

The Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Intern will support CASE Management Consulting's Human Capital team across recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, workforce administration, and special projects. This role provides hands-on experience supporting a growing federal consulting organization while developing practical skills in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Business Operations.

Your Impactful Duties:
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
  • Support proposal staffing efforts and candidate pipeline development for federal government opportunities.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with position requirements.
  • Conduct preliminary phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.
  • Document interview findings and provide candidate recommendations to hiring managers and leadership.
  • Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, and recruiting activities throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain applicant tracking records and support candidate pipeline management efforts.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, including new hire documentation, orientation coordination, and personnel file management.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, employee recognition programs, and internal communications.
  • Maintain recruiting, employee, and workforce data within company systems.
  • Assist with workforce reporting, recruiting metrics, presentations, dashboards, and operational reporting.
  • Help develop and update job descriptions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), forms, templates, and Human Resources documentation.
  • Conduct research related to recruiting strategies, workforce planning, compensation trends, and human capital initiatives.
  • Support compliance tracking, training record management, personnel documentation, and workforce readiness activities.
  • Assist leadership with special projects related to Human Resources, Recruiting, Operations, and Business Administration.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Capital team and company leadership as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of organizational objectives.
Knowledge of:
  • Human Resources principles and talent acquisition practices.
  • Recruiting, sourcing, and candidate evaluation processes.
  • Professional communication and interviewing techniques.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Data entry, reporting, and records management practices.
