During the program development phase, you will assist with the coordination of Community Board sessions alongside trained facilitators and staff. This includes supporting scheduling, logistics, and note-taking during sessions. You will also assist with research tasks to support the development of program materials in English and Spanish. During the program evaluation phase, you will support study activities, including screening and enrolling interested participants, communicating with study participants throughout their time in the study, and participant tracking. You will support other evaluation activities as needed, such as survey coordination and data entry. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

We strongly encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from historically marginalized and/or underrepresented groups are more likely to experience imposter syndrome and doubt the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to eliminate yourself prematurely and to apply if you're interested in this work.

We offer a collaborative, flexible, and supportive environment where contributions are rewarded and recognized. We offer an opportunity to engage in projects that use science to transform people's lives. We offer competitive, equitable wages and a full benefit package including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with a generous match, as well as paid vacation, holiday and sick time.
