• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy using modalities tailored to the specific circumstances of each client.
• Establish therapeutic goals and continuously monitor and document client progress to promote accountability and structure.
• Facilitate virtual sessions, utilizing technology effectively to ensure accessibility and comfort for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

Your caseload will primarily consist of adults experiencing various mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma-related conditions. You will provide targeted interventions aimed at helping clients coping with their unique challenges, thereby enhancing their overall quality of life. Through tailored therapeutic approaches, you will create meaningful connections and foster a transformative healing process for each individual.

• A valid state license as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, or LSCSW.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and an inclusive, non-judgmental attitude toward diverse populations.
• Strong organizational skills, demonstrating excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

While not mandatory, experience with teletherapy platforms and previous work in community-focused health settings is highly beneficial. Candidates with proficiency in specific therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care, will be highly regarded.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a supportive work environment that includes:
