We offer comprehensive HR services, including payroll processing, benefits administration, workers compensation management, and general HR support. Your Impact: 
As a Client Success Manager at ProcareHR, you'll be the primary point of contact for your clients, managing accounts, overseeing data and services, and ensuring they have the support they need. You’ll assist clients in maximizing their HRIS systems, especially UKG Ready, while helping them streamline HR operations.

What You’ll Contribute:
  • Lead client relationships from onboarding through optimization
  • Troubleshoot HRIS, payroll, and compliance issues unique to senior living
  • Collaborate internally to improve service and client outcomes
  • Partner with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.

What We're Looking For: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client/account management.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR-related experience (payroll, benefits, HRIS).
  • Experience working with senior living providers (2+ years strongly preferred).
  • Proven UKG Ready configuration and optimization experience preferred
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Prior experience in PEO/HR Shared Services (preferred).
