Description
The Manager & Trainer of the hotel team will be expected to train all new hires, provide continuous training support to all active hotel and USAA hotel team members, provide support as needed in areas of daily operations while employees are out of the office and support the Senior Manager of Hotels with any additional help that may be needed. The Manager & Trainer is expected to be detail-oriented and well-informed on insurance and USAA hotel protocols and procedures, as well as being proficient in problem solving/communication skills. This role requires individuals who are energetic and have a natural propensity for leadership.
Hours: 10 am - 7 pm CST
Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Proficiency with MS Office and Internet Explorer with remote office set up.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Possess strong telephone skills with the ability to identify key issues, evaluate facts and recommend appropriate action.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in conflict resolution
Performs well in high pressure/demand situations
Have a strong propensity in multi-tasking and organizational skills
