Be Part Of A High-Performing Team

Join a global power technology organization supporting the continued growth of a digital solutions portfolio serving equipment and fleet customers worldwide. This team combines customer success, connected equipment insights, product expertise, engineering, and operational support to help customers better understand fleet health and act on emerging equipment issues. As the global customer base expands, this role will help create more consistent, scalable Customer Success processes while enabling senior customer-facing leaders to focus on strategic relationships and executive engagement.

What’s In Store For You

  • Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099)
  • Remote opportunity, supporting a team aligned with Columbus, Indiana.
  • Long-term contract opportunity expected to support the organization through December 2028, with potential for extension.
  • Exposure to a growing global digital solutions business and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and regional teams.
  • Opportunity to help shape standardized Customer Success processes, analytics, reporting, and operational practices as the customer base scales.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Analyze fleet trends, recurring issues, equipment-health indicators, and emerging risks to help prioritize customer follow-up.
  • Develop fleet summaries and customer-ready materials for recurring account and fleet performance reviews.
  • Create standardized customer health reports, monthly reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI summaries.
  • Track customer adoption, engagement, operational actions, and fleet performance metrics.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new customers and operating locations, including setup, documentation, checklists, and enablement materials.
  • Maintain Customer Success operating procedures, templates, best practices, training documentation, and process guides.
  • Support action-item tracking and coordination across Customer Success, product, engineering, technical support, and regional stakeholders.
  • Maintain customer records, operational trackers, governance materials, and recurring program documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives designed to make Customer Success delivery more scalable and consistent globally.

Do You Bring Proven Success in Customer Success Operations and Analytics?

  • Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is required, both written and verbal.
  • Professional experience supporting Customer Success operations, customer analytics, fleet operations, technical services, or a closely related environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends, recurring issues, high-risk assets, and actionable insights.
  • Experience developing customer-facing reports, dashboards, presentations, or performance summaries.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating onboarding activities, documentation, action items, and recurring operational processes.
  • Ability to work effectively across customer-facing, product, engineering, technical support, and regional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convert analytical information into clear customer-ready material.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive work style with an interest in process improvement and operational scalability.
