Turning 2 Talent LLC is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Recruiter to join our growing team as a Independent Recruiting Contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a performance-driven environment and wants the flexibility to manage their own desk while earning unlimited income potential.

The primary focus of this role will be managing recruitment efforts for clients within the hospitality industry, including restaurants, hotels, resorts, food service, entertainment, and related sectors. However, this position is not limited to hospitality, providing opportunities to recruit across multiple industries as new client partnerships are established.

In addition to recruiting, this role offers the opportunity to participate in business development, allowing you to build your own client portfolio and significantly increase your earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with existing clients to understand hiring needs and provide exceptional recruiting solutions.
  • Source, identify & interview top talent using multiple recruiting platforms and networking strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide market intelligence, salary guidance, and hiring recommendations to clients.
  • Manage multiple searches while providing outstanding communication and customer service.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategies to expand the firm's client base and market presence.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or service industries.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting.
  • Strong sourcing skills utilizing recruiting platforms.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Business development or sales experience is a plus but not required.
