Your role as a Therapeutic Social Worker includes a range of responsibilities designed to enhance patient care and support their mental health journeys:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring that each patient's unique needs are understood and addressed.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to the specific challenges faced by patients.
• Facilitate ongoing communication with multidisciplinary teams through documentation and collaboration during patient rounds, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to care.
• Provide ethical and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational protocols.
• Manage case responsibilities by consulting with community and hospital resources, optimizing access to support services for clients.
• Engage actively in professional development opportunities related to the latest therapeutic approaches and methodologies.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients—from children and adolescents to adults—facing various mental health conditions. Our clinic serves individuals dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. As you collaborate with clients and their families, your empathetic approach will directly contribute to their overall mental and emotional well-being, guiding them toward successful outcomes.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating skill in assessment, intervention, and client management.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field; advanced degrees are encouraged.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.
• Experience working within an outpatient setting and an understanding of telehealth methodologies.
• A history of collaboration within interdisciplinary health care teams.
