Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Aspire People Psychotherapy Solutions, your primary responsibilities will encompass the following:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans based on these assessments.
• Implementing various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensuring high standards of documentation.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care, sharing insights from assessments and treatment progress to enhance overall care strategies.
• Participating in regular consultations and peer review meetings to promote ongoing professional development, improve quality of care, and foster team learning.
• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health challenges and recovery pathways, including available community resources and support systems.
• Staying informed of the latest trends and research in mental health, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice to continually enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse population of patients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in a mental health setting focusing on psychotherapy.
• Proficiency in a range of psychotherapeutic techniques, particularly solution-focused therapies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, enabling you to address complex client needs effectively.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team-focused environment.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience working in a remote healthcare setting and familiarity with digital health tools are advantageous. Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment modalities and willingness to engage in a holistic approach to mental health are highly valued in our practice.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes:
