• Conduct thorough patient assessments by utilizing clinical interviews, psychological evaluations, and standardized assessment tools to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate counseling sessions that include individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, and group sessions as appropriate, utilizing evidence-based practices aligned with client needs.
• Perform regular mental health screenings and assessments to continuously adapt treatment strategies and monitor client progress.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation in accordance with organizational protocols and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights regarding patient progress and collaboratively develop integrative care plans.
• Provide crisis intervention when required, addressing urgent mental health concerns and safeguarding clients’ emotional well-being.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to remain current with emerging trends and best practices in the mental health field.

• Familiarity with telehealth systems and remote client management is a plus.
