• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to comprehend clients' mental health challenges and resources, gathering comprehensive data to inform treatment decisions.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy tailored to the needs of our diverse clientele.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions, continually assessing client progress and modifying approaches as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and psychologists to provide coordinated and integrated care.
• Provide crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans to support clients during acute mental health challenges.
• Facilitate groups and psychoeducational workshops that empower clients with knowledge and skills to enhance their quality of life and manage symptoms effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards, ensuring clear communication among the treatment team.

Your primary focus will be on individuals who are undergoing detoxification and those struggling with mental health disorders. This client population often faces unique challenges influenced by addiction and recovery, requiring a nuanced understanding of both mental health and substance use issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of demonstrated experience in mental health, particularly within outpatient settings or detox facilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to assess and respond to client needs.

This position offers a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to base compensation, we provide benefits including:
